We are now seeking a driven Assistant Development Manager to join their Sydney team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of a high-profile, mixed-use luxury project. The Opportunity: Reporting directly to a Senior Development Manager, you'll gain exposure across the entire development lifecycle, from concept design and approvals through to construction delivery and sales. Key Responsibilities: Assist with feasibility studies, financial modelling, and due diligence Support design development, consultant coordination, and planning approvals Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones, while identifying risks Engage with consultants, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders Prepare board papers, project reports, and development updates Provide on-the-ground support during construction and delivery phases About You: 1-3 years' experience in property development, construction, or project management Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Urban Planning, or a related field Passion for architecture, design, and high-quality development outcomes Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and eagerness to learn from industry leaders Why Join This Developer?
